About Light Heart Arts & Family Hangout
All the patterns & projects sold on this website are original designs by me, Anne Christensen Jacobson. I love creating colorful, cheerful designs that can be personalized for you or others to enjoy. I am a happy wife, mother and grandmother who enjoys anything creative. God has blessed me with talents that I love to share and for which I am very thankful. Helping others use their spark of creativity brings me joy. I live on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
When I sell at shows I also have creative patterns created by my friend Cathy Spencer.
